Hebattllah Adel Mokhtar is an Assistant Lecturer in Information Systems at Egypt University of Informatics. Her research focuses on emerging technologies at the intersection of blockchain, artificial intelligence, and intelligent software systems, with an emphasis on transparency, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
